GANReach Prospect Intelligence - Extension Terms

Purpose

The extension is provided as a B2B prospect and company intelligence companion for authorized GANReach users.

Permitted use

Users must use the extension, including LinkedIn/Sales Navigator capture, list/campaign saving, background enrichment and Optional Business Research, for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy, data-protection, marketing, communications and website/source terms. Users must not use GANReach to circumvent access controls, impersonate another person, conduct unlawful surveillance, spam, harass, or obtain information they are not authorized to access.

Third-party sources

Third-party websites and data providers maintain their own terms and technical restrictions. Publication in the Chrome Web Store does not grant GANReach or its users rights to access or reuse data from a third-party source beyond the rights otherwise available to them.

Data accuracy

Business intelligence may be incomplete, outdated or inferred. GANReach may provide source, verification and confidence indicators where available. Users should validate information before relying on it for material business decisions.

Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their GANReach account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

Changes and availability

Features may change as GANReach improves the extension or responds to browser, store, security, legal or third-party-source requirements.
