Terms of Service
These terms govern use of GANReach websites, account access and B2B data workflow services operated by GAN Business Consulting.
Account Access
Users are responsible for keeping their GANReach account credentials secure. Google sign-in is handled through Google's OAuth flow; GANReach never asks for a Google account password on its own pages.
Permitted Use
GANReach may be used for lawful B2B search, enrichment, validation, outreach preparation, billing and approved operational workflows. Users must not use the service for spam, unlawful scraping, credential collection, impersonation or deceptive activity.
Extension And Business Research Mode
The GANReach extension must be used only for lawful B2B research and user-requested workflows. Optional Business Research Mode is disabled until the user enables it and may derive technology-interest categories from repeated recent browser activity. Users must not use the extension to collect credentials, private communications, sensitive personal activity or information they are not authorized to process. Provider matching remains anonymous until the researching user requests an introduction.
Data And Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded or exported data is used in accordance with applicable laws, contracts and consent requirements. GANReach may restrict workflows that create security, legal or platform risk.
Service Changes
Features, credits, plans, APIs and workflows may change as the platform evolves. Access may be limited where needed to protect users, data quality or system security.
