GANReach is a B2B data search, enrichment, validation and workflow platform operated by GAN Business Consulting. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through GANReach websites, account pages and contact forms.
Information We Collect
We may collect account details, business contact details, support requests, billing context, uploaded business datasets and usage records needed to operate the platform. We do not ask users to enter Google passwords on GANReach. Google sign-in occurs only through Google's OAuth pages.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide account access, process approved workflows, validate and enrich business data, manage credits and invoices, respond to support requests, secure the service and improve product quality.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers, infrastructure providers, payment or authentication providers, legal authorities when required, and approved workflow partners needed to deliver requested services.
Chrome Extension And Optional Business Research Mode
GANReach Prospect Intelligence may provide LinkedIn contact and company assistance and an optional Business Research Mode. Business Research Mode is disabled by default and requests Chrome history access only after the user enables it. Relevant recent activity is classified locally into B2B technology categories such as HCM, CRM, marketing automation or cybersecurity. GANReach receives only the derived category, confidence, repeated-activity counts, date window and a non-reversible evidence fingerprint. Raw searches, visited URLs, page titles and complete browsing history are not uploaded.
The extension does not collect passwords, authentication cookies, session tokens, form entries, email bodies, email subjects, attachments, recipient lists, private messages or unrelated personal activity. Users can pause the mode and clear derived signals. A user’s identity is not shared with a matching solution provider unless the user requests an introduction.
Security
GANReach uses HTTPS, access controls and operational safeguards to protect account and workflow data. Users should sign in only at https://ganreach.com/auth/login.php or through the Google OAuth page reached from GANReach.
